CALIFORNIA SEDANG RUNTUH

A GOOD ARTICLE TO READ AND REFLECT...


Washington and Wall Street seem to be treating California as if it were a sideshow in the financial circus of these turbulent times.

It’s not.

California is home to the largest manufacturing belt in the United States and to Silicon Valley, the nation’s largest high-tech center.

California is America’s most populous state with 38 million people. Its GDP of $1.8 trillion is the largest in the U.S. Its economy is bigger than those of Russia, Brazil, Canada, or India.
And it’s collapsing.
Major California counties are ground zero in the continuing mortgage meltdown:
Los Angeles County with 5.32 percent of mortgages 90 days past due … Monterrey County, 8.02 percent … Imperial, 8.13 … San Bernadino, 8.66 … Madeira, 9.21 … San Joaquin, 9.53 … Riverside, 10.2 … Merced, 10.57 … and more!

California’s inventory of foreclosed homes is skyrocketing. Home prices are plunging. And the impact of surging unemployment is just beginning to show up in the data …
Worst Unemployment in 64 Years

The state’s unemployment rate has surged to 11.5 percent, the worst since World War II.
Last month, California lost 68,900 jobs. And since July 2007, it has lost 859,000 jobs, including 739,500 just in the past 12 months.

Even if the economy recovers, an unlikely scenario in my view, economists agree that California will continue to be slammed by layoffs, at least through the end of this year and probably well into 2010.

And even assuming a national recovery, UCLA’s Anderson Forecast projects an average unemployment rate of 12.1 percent from this fall through next spring.

What about without a national recovery? California’s jobless could go beyond 15 percent.
Worse, if you include part-time workers seeking full-time work plus workers who have given up looking entirely, it could reach 25 percent, exceeding the worst national unemployment levels of the Great Depression.

“Our wallet is empty.Our bank is closed. Andour credit is dried up.”

These are not the words of a Dr. Doom in New York or a forlorn banker in Georgia. They represent the confession of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger before a rare joint session of the California legislature … and with no exaggeration!


The state faces a stunning $24.3 billion budget deficit, even assuming no significant deterioration in the economy from this point onward. And the state has lost virtually all hope of President Obama declaring, “California is too big to fail.”

California State Treasurer Bill Lockyer tried to make that argument to Washington, and did so with great vigor. But he was rejected. After the long line-up of failed companies with hat in hand in recent months — on the steps of Congress or the White House lawn — some folks in government finally appear to have learned how to just say “no.”

“You’re on your own,” is the message from the president to the governor. “Beyond your share of the stimulus package, that’s it! No more!”

Result: The inevitability of massive state cutbacks, including large numbers of state jobs getting axed — all while the California jobless rate is already 11.5 percent.

How many state jobs are in jeopardy? Right now, Schwarzenegger is proposing laying off 5,000 state employees, as well as slashing education and social welfare programs. But the Anderson Forecast projects that Schwarzenegger’s budget cuts will eventually result in 64,000 job cuts from state government plus countless private-sector and local government jobs.

Massive Downgrades Coming
California’s credit rating is already the lowest among all U.S. states.
But with Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch still greatly influenced by massive conflicts of interest, it’s not nearly low enough.
And sure enough, on Friday, Moody’s tacitly admitted as much, announcing that it may have to cut California’s rating by several notches in one fell swoop!

Standard & Poor’s put California on watch for a possible downgrade a few days earlier. Fitch did the same May 29.

The big problem: Once downgraded, California’s rating is likely to fall below the minimal level legally required for most money market funds, forcing these funds to dump California paper posthaste.

Moody’s wrote:
“If the Legislature does not take action quickly, the state’s cash situation will deteriorate to the point where the controller will have to delay most non-priority payments in July. … Lack of action could result in a multi-notch downgrade.”

But lack of action is precisely what Sacramento is now becoming most famous for. In fact, in their latest scuffle, Democrats proposed a budget that would raise $2 billion from cigarette taxes and oil companies. But the governor promptly vetoed the plan. So now Sacramento is in a new, escalating battle over the deficit just weeks before the state is expected to run out of cash to meet payroll and other bills.

State officials continue to insist that a state default is unthinkable … much like GM executives said their bankruptcy could never happen.

In my view, there is a very HIGH probability that California will default.
It’s obvious its debt merits a junk bond rating from every Wall Street rating agency.
And it’s equally obvious that the ratings agencies are artificially inflating the rating, stalling downgrades, and grossly understating the risk to investors.
My recommendations:
1. If you wait for Moody’s or S&P to act, it could be too late. Even if you can’t get what you might consider a good price, sell all California paper now!
2. Seriously consider dumping all tax-exempt bonds. I know the income is better than equivalent Treasuries. But if California defaults, it could set off a chain reaction of bond price plunges and defaults throughout the municipal bond market.
3. Don’t underestimate the impact California’s depression is having — and will continue to have — on the rest of the U.S. economy. At $1.8 trillion, the state’s GDP is so large, any further deterioration could wipe out every so-called “green shoot” in the national economy seen to date.
4. Stay safe, with a big portion of your nest egg in cash, tucked away in short-term Treasury bills … and with a very modest portion in gold, as an insurance policy against a dollar decline.

QUR'AN BARU VERSI AQIDAH REFORMIS

Golongan Reformis Agama Islam telah menyempurnakan pengambilan sunnah dari Kaum Yahudi dan Kristian. Mereka, seperti sekutu-sekutu mereka itu sungguh rimas seperti kera yang terkena belacan apologetik apabila Agama yang mereka mengaku menganutinya menghalang perjalanan akal logik dan wacana ketamadunan sebagaimana yang difahami oleh mereka.

Atas alasan itu, maka Agama perlu dibuat beberapa pindaan atau direformkan kerana ianya telah dicemarkan oleh golongan-golongan ortodoks dan tradisionalis. Hujjah mereka, bahkan, Al-Qur'an juga telah tercemar pentafsirannya.

Dengan itu, satu Qur'an Baru Versi Aqidah Reformis (klik di sini) telah diterjemahkan oleh mereka untuk tujuan itu.


Bila dibelek-belek Qur'an Reformis ini, nama-nama masyhur seperti Daniel Pipes, Amina Wadud, Kassim Ahmad, Irshad Manji diantaranya, yang memberi pengiktirafan. Kaedah pentafsiran dinyatakan seprti berikut;

• The Reformist Translation of the Quran offers a non-sexist understanding of the divine text; it is the result of collaboration between three translators, two men and a woman.
• It explicitly rejects the right of the clergy to determine the likely meaning of disputed passages.
• It uses logic and the language of the Quran itself as the ultimate authority in determining likely meanings, rather than ancient scholarly interpretations rooted in patriarchal hierarchies.
• It offers extensive cross-referencing to the Bible and provides arguments on numerous philosophical and scientific issues.
• It is God's message for those who prefer reason over blind faith, for those who seek peace and ultimate freedom by submitting themselves to the Truth alone.

EDIP YUKSEL is an American-Turkish-Kurdish author and activist who spent four years in Turkish prisons in the 1980's for his political writings and activities promoting an Islamic revolution in Turkey. He experienced a paradigm change in 1986 transforming him from a Sunni Muslim leader to a reformed muslim or rational monotheist. Edip Yuksel has written more than twenty books and hundreds of articles on religion, politics, philosophy and law in Turkish, and numerous articles and booklets in English. Edip is the founder of 19.org, and the Islamic Reform organization. His personal site is yuksel.org. After receiving his bachelor degrees from the University of Arizona in Philosophy and Near Eastern Studies, Edip received his law degree from the same university. Edip is an Adjunct Philosophy professor at Pima Community College, and teaches various classes at his children's school. He is fluent in Turkish, English and Classic Arabic; proficient in Persian, and barely conversant in Kurdish, his mother tongue.

LAYTH SALEH AL-SHAIBAN is an author of various books and articles on Islam, founder of Progressive Muslims, and co-founder of Islamic Reform. Layth works in a financial institution as a financial adviser, and lives in Saudi Arabia.


MARTHA SCHULTE-NAFEH is Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona and Language Coordinator of Middle Eastern Languages at the Department of Near Eastern Studies. Martha received her B.S. from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Economics, received her M.A., in Linguistics from the University of Arizona in 1990, and her Ph.D. from the same university in Near Eastern Studies - Arabic Language and Linguistics 2004. The time is the end of the 19th century; the place, Egypt under British occupation; the event, the publication in 1899 of a book dealing openly with the emancipation of women; and the protagonists, Egyptians intellectuals, confronted for the first time with pacific, and disturbing, influences from the West. Finally, the catalyst may well have been the salon to which the Khedive Ismail's niece, Princess Nazli Fadhil, invited distinguished Egyptian savants, writers, poets and jurists to meet and share ideas.



Among her regular guests were the renowned Muslim thinker Sheikh Mohamed Abduh and his disciple, the judge -- of Kurdish origin and French education -- Qassem Amin, as well as Saad Zaghloul Pasha, Ibrahim El-Laqqani, Ibrahim El-Helbawi and Boutros Ghali, to name but a few. "The idea of developing an Egyptian elite in which women, educated and refined, could move freely, took root in the mind of these men... which inspired the courageous Qassem Bey Amin to publish two books, first The Liberation of Women (1899) followed a year later by The New Woman, commented a writer (signing his article only with the initials AHH) in Huda Shaarawi's monthly publication, L'Egyptienne (October-November 1926) a quarter of a century later. Acknowledging the tremendous prestige accorded to Jamaleddin Al-Afghani by his Egyptian followers, the author recounts an incident to which El-Helbawi Bey had been a witness. One day, as he, Al-Afghani and El-Laqqani were taking a walk on the Gezira, they were overtaken by a young English horsewoman. Without looking at the amazon, Al-Afghani asked El-Laqqani: "What would your dearest wish be right now?" El-Laqqani answered that it would be to be married to a woman exactly like the one who had gone by. Al-Afghani appeared fully satisfied by the answer, concluded El-Helbawi.



It is very easy to infer from such remarks that British and French women, with whom young Egyptian men came into frequent contact whether in Europe on study missions or in Cairo, were the ones to be taken as role models for all women, and that the emancipation or 'liberation' of Egyptian women, for which intellectuals yearned but more seldom openly advocated, should have this kind of woman as its end. One should note in passing that the period witnessed a great many marriages of foreign women to well-to-do Egyptian men.



Qassem Amin, however, a true disciple of Sheikh Mohamed Abduh, was less concerned with such trivial matters as appearance (although he was not totally immune to them -- his biting comments regarding Muslim women's allegedly shabby undergarments and lack of sexual skills are a case in point) than by a genuine desire to reconcile the teachings of the Qur'an with the manifestations of Western-inspired novelty that were taking Egyptian society by storm. He feared that confronted with the difficulty of practising the tenets of their religion in this new and exciting environment, Muslims would be won over to secularism, simply attempting uncritically to adopt European ways and schools of thought. It was therefore imperative to create a safe space in which true Islam and modernity, no longer mutually exclusive, could coexist in harmony.


In writing his first book, Amin noted that "the Islamic community is in decline. It is too weak to face the pressures surrounding it from all sides; and if it is weak it cannot survive in a world ruled by the laws of [Darwinian] natural selection." The decay that had beset Islam was due to the disappearance of social virtues, of "moral strength"; the disappearance of moral strength, in turn, was caused by ignorance, which, Amin forcefully stated, "begins in the family". And, in order to be able later to advocate their liberation, Amin began by placing the burden of damage-repair squarely on women's shoulders. "The work of women in society is to form the morals of the nation," he wrote. "In our present society, and in Muslim countries in general, neither men nor women are properly educated and will therefore fail to create together a nurturing climate in the family; furthermore, women have neither the freedom nor the status to play a constructive role." Turning to the Shari'a for support, Amin stated that this was the first body of law to provide for the equality of men and women, but that it had been corrupted by converts who had brought into Islam their own "customs and illusions". These pernicious influences had in turn brought about the rule of the strong over the weak and the contempt of strong men for weaker women, he asserted. "When women were weak, men crushed their rights, despised them, treated them with contempt, and stomped on their personality. A woman had a very low status, regardless of her position in the family as wife, mother, or daughter. She was of no importance, was ignored and had no legitimate opinions. She was submissive to a man because he was a man and she, a woman" (Qasim Amin, Women and the Veil, trans. Samiha Sidhom Peterson, American University in Cairo Press, 1992).

كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ‌ۚ وَمَا ٱخۡتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتُ بَغۡيَۢا بَيۡنَهُمۡ‌ۖ فَهَدَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَهۡدِى مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٲطٍ۬ مُّسۡتَقِيمٍ (٢١٣) أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأۡتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلِكُم‌ۖ مَّسَّتۡہُمُ ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُ ۥ مَتَىٰ نَصۡرُ ٱللَّهِ‌ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصۡرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ۬ (٢١٤

AL-BAQARAH: 213 - 214

TERJEMAHAN:
"Manusia itu adalah umat yang satu. [Setelah timbul perselisihan], maka Allah mengutus para nabi sebagai pemberi kabar gembira dan pemberi peringatan, dan Allah menurunkan bersama mereka Kitab [di antaranya AL-QUR'AN] dengan benar, untuk memberi keputusan di antara manusia tentang perkara yang mereka perselisihkan. Tidaklah berselisih tentang Kitab itu melainkan orang yang telah didatangkan kepada mereka Kitab, yaitu setelah datang kepada mereka keterangan-keterangan yang nyata, karena dengki antara mereka sendiri. Maka Allah memberi petunjuk orang-orang yang beriman kepada kebenaran tentang hal yang mereka perselisihkan itu dengan kehendak-Nya. Dan Allah selalu memberi petunjuk orang yang dikehendaki-Nya kepada jalan yang lurus. (213) Apakah kamu mengira bahwa kamu akan masuk surga, padahal belum datang kepadamu [cobaan] sebagaimana halnya orang-orang terdahulu sebelum kamu? Mereka ditimpa oleh malapetaka dan kesengsaraan, serta digoncangkan [dengan bermacam-macam cobaan] sehingga berkatalah Rasul dan orang-orang yang beriman bersamanya: "Bilakah datangnya pertolongan Allah?" Ingatlah, sesungguhnya pertolongan Allah itu amat dekat. (214)"

TRANSLATION:
"Mankind were one community, and Allah sent (unto them) prophets as bearers of good tidings and as warners, and revealed therewith the Scripture (amongst others the QUR'AN) with the truth that it might judge between mankind concerning that wherein they differed. And only those unto whom (the Scripture) was given differed concerning it, after clear proofs had come unto them, through hatred one of another. And Allah by His Will guided those who believe unto the truth of that concerning which they differed. Allah guideth whom He will unto a straight path. (213) Or think ye that ye will enter paradise while yet there hath not come unto you the like of (that which came to) those who passed away before you? Affliction and adversity befell them, they were shaken as with earthquake, till the messenger (of Allah) and those who believed along with him said: When cometh Allah's help? Now surely Allah's help is nigh. (214)"


RINGKASAN REFLEKSI MAKSUD:

1. Manusia itu asalnya adalah adalah umat yang satu dengan Agama yang satu; Agama Islam, yang bersatu menyembah dan bertauhid semata-mata kepada Tuhan Yang Satu; Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala.
Firman Allah subhanahu wata'ala;
"Sesungguhnya [agama tauhid] ini, adalah agama kamu semua, agama yang satu dan Aku adalah Tuhanmu, maka bertakwalah kepada-Ku. (52) Kemudian mereka [pengikut-pengikut rasul itu] menjadikan agama mereka terpecah belah menjadi beberapa pecahan. Tiap-tiap golongan merasa bangga dengan apa yang ada pada sisi mereka [masing-masing]. (53) Maka biarkanlah mereka dalam kesesatannya sampai suatu waktu. (54) Apakah mereka mengira bahwa harta dan anak-anak yang Kami berikan kepada mereka itu [berarti bahwa], (55) Kami bersegera memberikan kebaikan-kebaikan kepada mereka? Tidak, sebenarnya mereka tidak sadar. (56) Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang berhati-hati karena takut akan [azab] Tuhan mereka, (57) dan orang-orang yang beriman dengan ayat-ayat Tuhan mereka, (58) dan orang-orang yang tidak mempersekutukan dengan Tuhan mereka [sesuatu apa-pun], (59) dan orang-orang yang memberikan apa yang telah mereka berikan, dengan hati yang takut, [karena mereka tahu bahwa] sesungguhnya mereka akan kembali kepada Tuhan mereka, (60) mereka itu bersegera untuk mendapat kebaikan-kebaikan, dan merekalah orang-orang yang segera memperolehnya. (61) Kami tiada membebani seseorang melainkan menurut kesanggupannya, dan pada sisi Kami ada suatu kitab yang membicarakan kebenaran, dan mereka tidak dianiaya. (62)

2. Setelah timbul perselisihan di antara manusia, maka Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala mengutus para Nabi-Nabi 'alaihi-mussalatu-wassalam sebagai pemberi kabar gembira dan pemberi peringatan untuk membawa manusia yang berpecah-pecah itu kembali ke jalanNya; hanya satu-satunya jalan menujunya yakni Islam.
3. Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala menurunkan bersama para Nabi-Nabi 'alaihi-mussalatu-wassalam, Kitab-Kitab dengan kebenaran, untuk memberi keputusan di antara manusia tentang perkara yang mereka perselisihkan itu. Dan satu-satunya Kitab yang tidak tersentuh akan dia dengan sebarang kebatilan adalah Al-QUR'AN Al-HAKIM yang dijanji dipelihara oleh Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala. Kitab-kitab yang terdahulu yang di antaranya adalah Taurat dan Injil telah dicemarkan oleh ummat-ummat yang terdahulu yang dikepalai oleh Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal Zionis Yahudi dan sekutu-sekutunya dari Kaum Japhetic Bangsa Eropah; Bangsa Yakjuj wa Makjuj, yang berkepentingan sebelum kedatangan Nabi Muhammad sallAllahu-'alaihi-wassalam. Mereka inilah ibu kepada faham Liberal yang menyebarkan kesesatan pembebasan dari Tuhan di atas mukabumi ini. AL-QUR'AN AL-HAKIM bertindak sebagai AL-FURQAN yakni sebagai pembeza yang muktamad di antara kebenaran dan kebatilan serta pencemaran yang dilakukan oleh golongan kafir ini ke atas kitab-kitab yang lain yang dicemari samaada secara tekstual atau pemahaman yang terseleweng oleh perosak Agama Tuhan. Pertentangan di antara haq dan batil ini berlaku di sepanjang zaman sehingga ke akhir zaman ini.
4. Dinyatakan bahawa tidaklah berselisih tentang Kitab-Kitab itu melainkan orang-orang yang telah didatangkan kepada mereka Kitab-Kitab dari Bangsa Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal itu, yaitu setelah datang kepada mereka keterangan-keterangan yang nyata dari para Nabi-Nabi 'alaihi-mussalatu-wassalam kepada mereka, berpunca dari kedengkian di antara mereka sendiri. Penyakit hati kedengkian inilah yang telah ditunggang oleh syaitan-iblis untuk memotivasikan sebahagian besar dari Kaum Bani Israel supaya mereka berselisih tentang Agama Islam yang dianuti mereka, sehingga mereka mencipta agama-agama sesat dan sembahan-sembahan lain untuk menjauhkan manusia dari para-para Nabi 'alaihi-mussalatu-wassalam yang membawa Risalah Kebenaran, terutamanya dari Penghulu sekalian Nabi yang bukan dari Bangsa mereka tetapi dari Bangsa Arab; Sayyidina wa Maulana Muhammad sallAllahu-'alaihi-wassalam.
5. Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala menyatakan bahawa Dia memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang beriman kepada kebenaran tentang hal yang mereka perselisihkan itu dengan kehendak-Nya. Manusia boleh berusaha mencari kebenaran tetapi ketentuan mendapat petunjuk tetaplah semata-mata diatas kehendak iradahNya. Dan ketentuannya Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala itu adalah Dia selalu memberi petunjuk kepada orang yang dikehendaki-Nya kepada jalan yang lurus. Petunjuk itu dibawa oleh manusia-manusia pilihanNya kepada setiap ummatnya yang merupakan Ummat yang satu; Ummat Islam. Di antara keperluan paling penting sebelum manusia boleh mendapat petunjuk dari Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala ialah pertama-tamanya kemahuan untuk tunduk dan beriman kepada kebenaran Kitab-KitabNya, dalam hal ini; AL-QUR'AN AL-HAKIM, maka barulah kemudiannya dia boleh berharap untuk dia ditunjukkan kepada jalan yang lurus. Untuk beriman dia mesti tanpa sedikit keraguan pun menerima pembawa Risalah AL-QUR'AN AL-HAKIM yakni Nabi Muhammad sallAllahu-'alaihi-wassalam sebagai benar.
6. Seseorang itu tidak cukup hanya semata-mata mengaku beriman tetapi kemudiannya tidak bersedia dicuba sebagaimana halnya orang-orang terdahulu sebelumnya. Mereka ditimpa dengan malapetaka dan kesengsaraan, serta digoncangkan [dengan bermacam-macam cubaan] sehingga berkatalah Rasul dan orang-orang yang beriman bersamanya: "Bilakah datangnya pertolongan Allah?". Cubaan ini telah dilalui oleh mereka yang beriman yang terdahulu dan sunnatuLlah ini pasti jua akan berlaku kepada mereka yang beriman di zaman ini yakni Ummat Nabi Muhammad sallAllahu-'alaihi-wassalam. Sebahagian besar ujian itu telah berlalu dengan kejatuhan Khilafah Ummat sehingga Ummat dikuasai oleh Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal Zionis Yahudi dan Yakjuj Makjuj Imperialis Barat. Keteguhan untuk tetap berpegang kepada AL-QUR'AN AL-HAKIM dengan mengembalikan penguasaannya terhadap Ummat adalah satu ujian kepada Ummat Islam.
7. Allah subhana-hu-wata'ala kemudiannya menjanjikan bahawa sesungguhnya pertolonganNya untuk memenangkan Ummat Islam itu adalah amat dekat. Maka janji siapakah yang lebih teguh dan kuat untuk dipegang dan dipercayai ?.

Sultan Abdul Hameed The Second was born on Wednesday, the 21st of September 1842. His full name is Abdul Hameed Khan The Second Bin Abdul Majeed Khan. He was the son of Sultan Abdul Majeed (from his second wife.) His mother died when he was seven. Abdul Hameed spoke Turkish, Arabic and Persian and he studied several books in literature and poetry. When his father Abdul Majeed died, his uncle, Abdul Aziz became the Khalifa. Abdul Aziz did last long in power. He was forced out of power and then assasinated by the political enemies of the Ottomans. His successor was Sultan Murad, the son of Sultan Abdul Aziz, but he was also removed from power after a short period because he was not fit for office.

On the 31st of August, 1876 (1293 H) Sultan Abdul Hameed was given the Khilafaship, the people pledged allegiance and loyalty to him. He was at that time aged 34. Abdul Hameed realised, as he explaines in his diary, that at the time of the assasination of his uncle, and the constant change in leadership was some sort of a conspiracy against the Islamic state.

Abdul Hameed had a character historians looked deeply into. He was given the leadership of a huge state that was in a tense and critical situation. He spent more than thirty years full of interior and exterior conspiracies, wars, revolutions, events and constant changes. Abdul Hameed himself expressed these feelings in his writings and poetry. Here is a sample of his handwritten poetry, which was taken from the book "My Father Abdul Hameed," written by his daughter Aisha.


The poetry translates,
My lord I know you are the Dear One (Al-Aziz) ... 
and no one but you is the Dear One
You are the One, and noting else
My God take my hand in these hard times
My God be my helper in this critical hour
The first trouble Abdul Hameed ran into was Midhat Pasha. Midhat Pasha was secretely involved in the removal of Abdul Hameed's uncle. When Abdul Hameed came into power he assigned Midhat Pasha as The Head of The Ministers council because Midhat was very popular at that time and Abdul Hameed needed any kind of insurance to stay in power. Midhat Pasha was a good governor but he was opinionated. Midhat Pasha was supported by a strong stream in the Shora council (parliament). With the help of these people he was successful in passing the resolutions to go into war against Russia. Abdul Hameed could not stop that stream. Had he tried to he would have porbably been removed from office. Still the stream wanted to blame him for all the losses that resulted from these missclaculated wars. Abdul Hameed did not want any wars at that time. The Islamic state was too exhausted to engage in warfare. Abdul Hameed was able to use the differences between him and Midhat Pasha to decrease Midhat's popularity. He finally was able to break lose from his chains and he exiled him to Europe. The people and polticians welcomed that move greatly.

Afterwards, Abdul Hameed turned to the foreign enemies of the Islamic Ottoman State. He was able to somehow predict the Communist Revolution in Russia, and that it will make Russia stronger and therefore more and more dangerous. At that time, the Bulkan parts of the state faced two dangers, Russia and Austria. Abdul Hameed tried to awaken the Bulkans and make them realise the coming danger. He came close to an agreement with the Bulkans, but when the agreement was in the final stages, four Bulkan states made a separate agreement and excluded the Otoman state. Western and Russian influence was the reason for that change.

Abdul Hameed realised that the consperacy to destroy the Ottoman state was bigger than anyone thought. It was both interior and exterior. He thought he got rid of Midhat Pasha and his likes for good, but he was faced with Awni Pasha, head Of the Ministers Council (Alsadr Alazam) and one of the leaders of the army. Later Abdul Hameed discovered that Awni Pasha took money and presents from the English, and his role in the removal of Abdul Aziz (Abdul Hameed's uncle) was exposed to Abdul Hameed. Awni Pasha pushed the Ottoman state into the wars of Bosnia against the will of Abdul Hameed. Abdul Hameed knew that if the war took place Russia, England, Austria- Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Italy and France will all attack the Ottoman state and make sure Bosnia is snatched. Awni misinformed Abdul Hameed about the size of the Ottoman army in Bosnia. He claimed to have 200,000 soldiers ready. However, Abdul Hameed checked with other generals of the army and discovered he had only 30,000 soldiers, faced by more than 300,000 soldiers. The people at that time loved Awni and Abdul Hameed couldn't remove him from office because that would endanger the interior stability of the state. The western powers, realising that they had outnumbered the Ottomans attacked under the cover of four Bulkan states (Romania, Montenegro, Serbia, Austria-Hungary). As a result, Bosnia and Greece were lost and seperated from the Otoman state. Abdul Hameed exposed Awni and his mistakes afterwards and got rid of him. The public accepted this move. The court found him guilty of the charges of conspiracy against the Ottoman state and aiding foreign powers, such as England.

The fall of the sick man of Europe appeared to be eminent. everyone wanted a part of it and that doesn't exclude the Jews. In 1901 the Jewish banker Mizray Qrasow and two other Jewish influential leaders came to visit Abdul Hameed, they offered to give him :

1) Paying ALL the debts of the Ottoman state.
2) Building the Navy of the Ottoman state.
3) 35 Million Golden Leeras without interest to support the prosperity of the Ottoman state.

In Exchange for

1) Allowing Jews to visit Palestine anytime they please, and to stay as long as they want "to visit the holy sites."
2) Allowing the Jews to build settlements where they live, and they wanted them to be located near Jerusalem.

Abdul Hameed refused to even meet them, he sent his answer to them through Tahsin Pasha, and the answer was "Tell those impolite Jews that the debts of the Ottoman state are not a shame, France has debts and that doesn't effect it. Jerusalem became a part of the Islamic land when Omar Bin Alkhattab took the city and I am not going to carry the historical shame of selling the holy lands to the Jews and betraying the responsibility and trust of my people. May the Jews keep their money, the Ottoman's will not hide in castles built with the money of the enemies of Islam." He also told them to leave and never come back to meet him again. With the Jews and Zionists in the game the set was complete, and the play of the end of the Ottoman state was about to start. The Jewish money was an important asset to finance the destruction of the Ottoman state to build the Zionist state in Palestine, the state that Jews wanted so badly they were willing to risk anything for.

The Jews did not give up on Abdul Hameed, later in the same year, 1901, the founder of the Zionist movement, Theodor Hertzil, visited Istanbul and tried to meet Abdul Hameed. Abdul Hameed refused to meet him and he told his Head Of The Ministers Council "Advise Dr. Herzil not to take any further steps in his project. I can not give away a handful of the soil of this land for it is not my own, it is for all the Islamic Nation. The Islamic Nation that fought Jihad for the sake of this land and they have watered it with their blood. The Jews may keep their money and millions. If the Islamic Kalifah State is one day destroyed then they will be able to take Palestine without a price! But while I am alive, I would rather push a sword into my body than see the land of Palestine cut and given away from the Islamic State. This is something that will not be, I will not start cutting owr bodies while we are alive." After this, the Jews turned to the British to turn their dreams into reality.

The British and French were ready to finish the Ottoman State, still the word "Jihad" was powerful enough to make all Europe tremble. Europe still feared the Sick Man Of Europe. The British decided to use its most important foreign policy, devide and conquer. It supported new groups like Young Turkey and Young Arabia. When Young Turkey became strong in the Ottoman state, Britain did not need to do anything anymore, Young Turks did the rest, they started a national and prejidice stream withen the Turkish citiziens of the Islamic State. In resonse, Arabs, Armenians, Kurds and other races developed their own national brand. People started feeling a part of their race not a part of the state, and that was the beggining of the end of the Islamic state. Later in WWI, Arabs collaborated with the Bristish and French and revolted against the Ottoman State. They were betrayed by the British and French and later invaded.

Abdul Hamid did not forget the development of his state, he built many institutions and services to the public like Hamedi market, Alazm palace in Damascus. He also built many mosques, public bathes, markets and hospitals in Cairo, Demscus, Sana, Baghdad and the rest of the Islamic cities. He also worked on the development of the educational system. The Ottomans tried to imitate the European educational system but they failed, except in two areas, Medicine and Military. The Ottoman army was not as weak as people today think it was. The Ottoman artillary was the strongest in the world. The Ottoman Navy was very well organized and was ranked the world's third most powerful fleet after the English and French. Many industries such as weapons manufacturing, weaving and Sugar appeared. The road system was updated,and seaports were expanded. Many new newsprints were established and before the first world war Egypt, Iraq and Great Syria had more than 1300 newspapers and magazines.

For a little time it appeared like the Sick Man of Europe will finally stand up, but the western allies were determined to destroy the Islamic Unity at any cost. The non-muslim minorities in the Ottoman state were used by the West to create trouble and instability, especially the Christian citiziens of the state. The western states always interfered in the Ottoman domestic policy under the excuse of "protecting the Christian minorities." The west also launched a campaign of Christian preaching in the Islamic world by building Christian schools and churches. The target was snatching muslims away from Islam and spreading un-islamic social habits and ideas. Many newsprints were also established for the same reason, to poison the minds of the muslims and spread destructive ideas and misconceptions between them. The west also wanted to make the Ottoman state busy and for that it used the minorities again. The west encouraged the Armenians and financed their revolution against the Ottoman state. England helped the Druz and France helped the Maronites in Lebanon and they both engaged in a big battle that was solved by the interference of the Ottoman army. More troubles between Muslims and Christians took place, and at some time the Muslim population of Damascus was about to wipe the Christian population of the city. The Ottoman army interfered in the last moments and prevented a massacre from taking place. That era was a constant battle between the conspiracies of the west and the defence of Abdul Hameed and the rest of the faithful Muslims.

It is important to mention that the debts of the Ottoman state, when Abdul Hameed came to power, were 2,528 Million Ottoman golden Leeras. When he was removed from power they were only 106 Million Leera. Which means he cut the debt to about 1/20 of its original value. The Young Turks, who came after Abdul Hameed, raised it back by 1300%. Such an achivement of Abdul Hameed would give the impression that he could not spend on development, but that is untrue. Abdul Hameed established fax lines between Yemen, Hijaz, Great Syria, Iraq and Turkey. Then he connected it to the fax lines of Iran and India. He managaed to earn back the cost of the project withen only two years because of the extensive use of these lines by the Hujjaj (the people who go to Mecca to do the pilgramage).

Abdul Hameed realised that the only hope for Muslims is a form of a strong Islamic Unity. Abdul Hameed was able to see that the West will try to seperate the Islamic state and then deal with each part seperately. The only way to prevent that is through Islamic Unity. Abdul Hameed decided to present the Ottoman Khilafaship as a leadership to the Islamic World. Abdul Hameed was able to touch and effect the Muslims of India and Pakistan and he caused many troubles to the British in these areas. Similar results were established with the Muslims of Russia and the southern USSR republics. Abdul Hameed also used these Muslims to pressure Russia. At this time, Abdul Hameed mentions in his diary that he feels the walls falling on him, and that he feels he is alone and he can not fight the enemies of the Islamic Nation alone. He later started an alliance with Germany, but that too seemed to be insufficient, because the Germans wanted a part of the Ottoman state as well. Sultan Abdul Hameed felt at that time that the big war is very close. And it was obvious that the remains of the Ottoman state is what the fighting factions will fight for.

Abdul Hameed needed something big, something strong, something to awaken the feelings of the Islamic unity in the hearts of the muslims all arround the Islamic world. Abdul Hameed searched and searched and finnaly decided to establish the Hijaz rial road(1900). The rail road ran from Demscus to Madina, and from Aqaba to Maan, the line symbolized the Islamic Unity, all the muslims who used to do the pilgrimage felt that the Ottoman Khalifa was trying to bring them closer, with a new rail road system and one of the most sophisticaed fax systems. Muslim started getting the feeling of gratitude and appreciation to the Ottoman State. The rail road payed for its expences in a couple of years and it functioned as an important tool to connect the parts of the Islamic state, it also was to be used as a fast line to transport and deploy military units. Abdul Hameed also launched a campagin to spread the idea of islamic untiy and islamic support in southern Russi, India, Pakistan and Africa. He started inviting many muslim scholars from Indonesia, Africa and India to the Otoman state, and he established a program to build mosques and Islamic Institutions all arround the Islamic world.

The western teeth reacted quickly and encouraged the Bay of Tunessia to revolt against the Ottoman state in 1877 and so he did. In 1881 france occupied Tunessia, in 1882 Britain occupied Egypt. Later the netherlands invaded indonesia, Russia invaded central Asia, Britain expanded deeper into india and Sudan .. it appeared like the west is about to crush the Islamic World.

Finally, on Tuesday the 27th of April 1909, the 240 members of the Otoman senate agreed under the pressure of the National Young Turks to remove Abdul Hameed from power. Senator Sheikh Hamdi Afandi Mali wrote the Fatwa of the removal. The Otoman Senate approved it. Here is the translation of that Fatwa :

"If the Imam of the Muslims took the important religous issues from the legislative books and collected those books, wasted the money of the state and engaed in agreements that contradicted the Islamic Law, killed, arrested, exiled the people for no reason, then promised not to do it again and still did it to harm the conditions of muslims all around the Islamic world then this leader is to be removed from office. If his removal will bring better conditions than his staying, then he has the choice of resigning or being removed from office."

The Fatwa is very strange and any person can see that the conditions set in it do not fit Abdul Hameed's deeds and actions. Afterwards the Head Of The Ministers Council, Tawfiq Pasha was called to tell Abdul Hameed about the decision. He refused to do so. So they sent him a group of four people : Aref Hikmat, Aram Afandi (Armenian), As'ad Tobatani and Emanuel Qrasow (Jewish). As they entered his office, they found him standing calmly, Aref Hikmat read the Fatwa to him, then As'ad Tobatani came forward and said "The nation has removed you from your office.", Abdul Hameed became angry and said "The nation has removed me from my office, that is okay ... but why did you bring the Jew to the Quarters of the Khilafa?" and he pointed to Qrasow. Obviously that was the point of payback, Abdul Hameed rejected selling Palestine to the Jews, and now they show him that they were a part of his removal. A chalenge in the face of Abdul Hameed and the face of the Islamic Nation.

After Abdul Hameed's removal from office many writers started attacking him and his person, one of these people was John Haslib, his book "The Red Sultan" became very famious, and was treanslated into many languages such as Arabic and Turkish. A Turkish book titled "iki me vrin perde arkasi - yazan : nafiz tansu" by Ararat Yayinevi was also a part of hateful propaganda that drawes the Ottoman state sinking deeper and deeper only to be saved by the Young Turks who removed Abdul Hameed. Another one is by the famous Arab Christian writter Georgy Zaydan in his book "Stories Of The Islamic History - The Ottoman revolution". These books are nothing but a bunch of lies written by people who hate Islam and muslims deeply. It presents Sultan Abdul Hameed as a man sunk into pleasures of life such as women and alcohol, and a vicious merciless tyrant towards his political enemies and his people. These lies did not stand because the truth always prevails.

Finally, after Abdul Hameed came a bunch of weak leaders. They couldn't maintain the state and they lost their powers easily. As Sultan Abdul Hameed predicted, WWI took place and the Ottoman state was divided. Arabs revolted in Hijaz with the help of the British and French, who later on betrayed them and put them under occupation, and gave Islamic Palestine to the Jews. If only they had listened to Abdul Hameed.

The National Young Turks got power and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk canceled the Islamic Khilafa in 1924. That was the end of a united leadership for Muslims for 1300 years. The West had succeded fully.

WAJAH ORIENTALISME OLEH SANG APOLOGIS


BISMILLAHIR-RAHMAANIR-RAHIIM !

Membaca sebuah artikel yang dikeluarkan oleh Ummahonline.com bertajuk Wajah Orientalisme sebagaimana keratan-dan-tampalan seperti di ruang di bawah membuatkan seseorang merasa tersedak, geli dan payau mulut.

Idea-idea yang keluar dari Kaum Liberalis sebegini sungguh positif dan penuh husnul-dzan apabila dasar dan pokok 'akidah Liberal mereka disentuh oleh pejuang-pejuang dan penyerang-penyerang berani syahid. Mereka sungguh bernas dan berhikmah supaya kemudiannya dapatlah menjustifikasi sibghah celupan dan kesetiaan mereka kepada idea-idea orientalis yang kununnya ikhlas terhadap Islam.

Di saat yang sama mereka begitu culas dalam memahami tamaddun keilmuan yang ada di dalam Agamanya sendiri yang jauh lebih mantap dan teguh. Al-Qur’an Al-Hakim sendiripun belum diterokai sepenuhnya tetapi hati dan akal asyik meneropong dan takjub kepada projeksi-projeksi yang samar-samar terhadap Agama oleh para orientalis. Kini, dia menyatakan bahawa para orientalis sudah berubah kepada para simpatisan yang mahu mengapresiasi kesempurnaan Islam dan bukan seperti angkatan orientalis sebelumnya. Wah !, pernyataan yang sungguh apologis kerana sudah kehilangan arah dalam mengenali Agamanya sendiri !.

Bahkan, kita juga mungkin ingin tahu apakah versi “KESEMPURNAAN ISLAM” yang sangat diapresiasi oleh sang orientalis itu. Mungkin kerana kesempurnaan itu sudah sama dengan jenis kesempurnaan yang dikehendaki oleh para Mahaguru Terdahulu Sang Orientalis Abad ke-20; yakni, KESEMPURNAAN ISLAM VERSI 'AQIDAH LIBERAL.

Sila baca petikan dari tulisannya;
“Hal ini tentunya memiliki dampak tersendiri bagi para orientalis itu untuk mengkaji kebudayaan dan keyakinan umat Muslim yang kemudian digunakan untuk meruntuhkan ideologi Islam. Theodor Noldeke membenarkan kenyataan bahawa pada abad permulaan dahulu, kajian orientalis –terhadap Arab-Islam– memang diorientasikan untuk menjatuhkan keimanan orang Islam. Oleh kerananya, suatu kewajaran jika kepustakaan orientalis klasik selalu membicarakan kelemahan-kelemahan Islam tanpa hampir sama sekali mengapresiasi kemuliaan agama Muhammad ini. Wajah Orientalisme

Orientalisme ialah sebuah terminologi yang sedang hangat diperbincangkan oleh masyarakat, khususnya umat Muslim. Ini kerana timur yang merupakan wilayah kajian para orientalis adalah asal muasal agama Islam berdiri.


Orientalis bermakna; “ahli bahasa, sastera, dan kebudayaan bangsa-bangsa Timur (Asia)“. Namun, kebelakangan ini, terma orientalis lebih merujuk kepada orang-orang Barat –Eropah pada khususnya–yang mengkaji kebudayaan Islam di Timur Tengah atau Jazirah Arab. Tentunya yang akan dicermati di sini adalah sub-tema ‘keislaman’ yang cuba diteliti oleh para orientalis tersebut.

Pada awalnya, kepentingan Eropah dan Amerika di dunia Timur lahir akibat interaksi kebudayaan yang dinamik bersamaan dengan hal-hal politik, ketenteraan, dan ekonomi. Namun, pada lembar sejarah selanjutnya, Edward W. Said menyatakan bahawa pertarungan orientalis berkembang pada hal penyebaran kesedaran politik ke dalam aspek estetika, sosiologi, sejarah, filologi, dan yang paling penting; keilmuan.

Namun, lebih jauh lagi, istilah Timur yang merupakan objek kajian para orientalis tidak lagi dipandang sebagai wilayah Asia secara keseluruhan atau menunjukkan hal-hal yang jauh dan eksotik, maka Islam merupakan pengertian yang paling sesuai untuk istilah ini. Pengertian yang terakhir inilah yang pada akhirnya menjadi titik fokus utama pada huraian singkat ini.

Dalam perkembangannya, tak sedikit orientalis yang mulai fokus untuk menelaah kebudayaan Arab-Islam. Terlebih pasca perang Salib di mana keadaan psikologi orientalis dari kalangan umat Kristian kala itu yang masih tergoncang oleh kekuatan Islam. Berangkat dari ‘ketergoncangannya’ itulah mereka mulai mencari-cari cara demi ‘mengukuhkan’ kembali fikiran mereka.

Hal ini tentunya memiliki dampak tersendiri bagi para orientalis itu untuk mengkaji kebudayaan dan keyakinan umat Muslim yang kemudian digunakan untuk meruntuhkan ideologi Islam. Theodor Noldeke membenarkan kenyataan bahawa pada abad permulaan dahulu, kajian orientalis –terhadap Arab-Islam– memang diorientasikan untuk menjatuhkan keimanan orang Islam. Oleh kerananya, suatu kewajaran jika kepustakaan orientalis klasik selalu membicarakan kelemahan-kelemahan Islam tanpa hampir sama sekali mengapresiasi kemuliaan agama Muhammad ini.

Sejatinya, ada sumber yang mengatakan bahawa hingga abad ke-19, Timur selain jazirah Arab merupakan daerah yang telah mutlak tunduk di bawah kolonialisme Eropah. Arab-Islam kala itu hampir tidak terjamah oleh Eropah kerana –seperti yang diakui Gibbon dalam Decline and Fall– memiliki angkatan ketenteraan yang amat ampuh. Lebih lagi, Arab dan dunia Islam dianggap oleh bangsa Eropah sebagai sebentuk provokasi yang nyata.

Tentunya pandangan ini mengingatkan kita tentang geografi dan budaya di semenanjung Arab yang memiliki yang menakutkan bagi agama Kristian. Pada masa seperti inilah, benarnya kenyataan Noldeke. Selain nama-nama seperti Simon Ockley dan Voltaire, hampir tidak ditemukan sama sekali tokoh orientalis yang mengapresiasi kagungan Islam. Pun mereka berdua masih sangat berhati-hati dalam penghormatan mereka terhadap Islam kerana bimbang kemunculan respon negatif dari masyarakat Eropah yang notabene merupakan bangsa pembenci Islam ketika itu.

Tak senang Eropah ini terlihat jelas saat muncul saat ada kritik keras kepada History of Saracens milik Ockley yang menuliskan bahawa berkat Islamlah, Eropah memperoleh pengetahuan pertama perihal falsafah.

Napoleon Bonaparte, seorang pembesar sekaligus orientalis terkemuka dari Perancis mengakui bahawa faktor paling asasi yang menghambat ekspedisinya untuk menguasai Mesir adalah keberadaan Islam di sana. Melalui pengalaman dan tutur cerita Comte de Volney dalam karyanya Voyage en Egypte et en Syrie, Napoleon berhasil mengugat kebesaran umat Muslim di Mesir.


Memang, cara halus yang diaplikasikan Napoleon dalam rangka menguasai peradaban, keilmuan, dan tentunya wilayah Mesir, adalah menerusi pendekatan yang luar biasa. Strategi yang digunakannya amat jauh strategik jika dibandingkan dengan taktik Requerimiento milik orang-orang Sepanyol saat ingin menguasai India.
Suatu ketika, dengan penuh keyakinan Napoleon mengundang 60 akademia al-Azhar untuk diberi penghormatan ketenteraan dan kemudian dipujuk dengan paparan kekaguman Napoleon terhadap al-Quran, Muhammad, dan tentunya agama yang dibawanya iaitu Islam. Napoleon juga berupaya sesempurna mungkin untuk menjadikan penafsiran al-Quran yang dilakukan oleh para imam, qadli, mufti, dan ulama tempatan supaya dapat memukau hadhirin. Akal ini berjalan mulus dan dengan segera penduduk Mesir kehilangan prasangka buruknya terhadap keberadaan tentera Perancis di Negara Fir’aun tersebut.

Jadi, benarlah rumusan awal bahawa sikap orientalis pada permulaannya memang merupakan sebuah sikap permusuhan terhadap Islam. Baru di masa-masa awal abad ke-20, mulai bermunculan tokoh-tokoh orientalis yang simpati serta mengapresiasi Islam dengan segala kesempurnaannya.

Arthur John Arberry, orientalis Inggeris yang ahli di bidang tasawuf Islam, merupakan salah seorang tokoh yang bersikap positif kepada Islam. Beliau berusaha untuk menjelaskan hakikat Islam yang sesungguhnya kepada Eropah. Demi keterpesonaannya itulah, beliau memperingatkan para orientalis lain untuk mengekang penilailan mereka akan Islam terlebih dahulu sebelum memahami dan menemukan fakta akan keberadaan Islam yang sesungguhnya.
Diawali oleh Arberry,, mulailah dikenal oleh Islam keberadaan kaum orientalis yang lebih bersahabat. Bahkan, Simone Haig, salah seorang orientalis Spanyol yang pada awalnya membantai Islam habis-habisan akhirnya membenarkan kebesaran dan keagungan ajaran Islam. Penghormatan kepada kaum feminin yang mulia di Islam mendapatkan apresiasi penuh dari Haig.

Orientalis sekelas Robert Simone, Gustav Lobon, dan Kalila Sranelli Cherko mulai berani menyerukan kepada bangsa Eropah akan kemuliaan ajaran Islam di berbagai aspek. Bahkan, pada tempoh berikutnya, banyak orientalis yang menjadi salah satu corong syiar agama Islam di Eropah dan Amerika. Suatu kebanggaan bagi Islam kerana telah mampu merangkul bangsa Barat untuk menyakini akidah agama samawi yang terakhir ini.

Pada akhirnya, sebuah catatan yang ingin disertakan di sini adalah sikap umat Muslim dalam menghadapi para orientalis. Islam harus melestarikan ajarannya dalam menghargai dan menghormati seluruh umat manusia. Akan tetapi, patut kita jadikan pertimbangan pula bahawa orientalis sejatinya hidup di daerah yang terkenal bermusuhan dengan Islam.

Theodor Noldeke yang mengakui kemuliaan Islam terbukti hanya menelaah sejarah al-Quran yang rancu. Sikap kritis yang ditunjukkan di Geschichte des Qorans melebih penghargaannya kepada al-Quran. Oleh kerana itulah, Islam harus mampu memisahkan orientalis-orientalis tersebut dan tentunya juga karya-karyanya.

Justeru, penting untuk Muslim memetik manfaat dari apa yang telah dikerjakan oleh para orientalis tanpa terjperangkap dalam lembah keraguan

Kumpulan Orientalis adalah sebahagian dari Golongan Ahzab bersekutu yang merupakan tentera-tentera perang saraf Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal Zionis Yahudi dan Yakjuj Makjuj Imperialis Eropah. Kini kita dapat mengesan gerakan mereka dengan strategi untuk mengulangi semula perang-saraf mereka dengan kaedah yang sama sebagaimana ketika mereka hendak menjatuhkan Khilafah Islamiyyah Othmaniyyah, yakni, dengan mencipta balik manusia yang mengaku Islam tetapi tunduk kepada ‘akidah Liberal mereka. Hal ini sedang berlaku dengan totok di Iraq dan Afghanistan. Siapakah yang mahu mempertikaikannya ?. Sungguh butalah mata dan tulilah telinga manusia sebegitu !.

Jarum-jarum halus wacana Islam Liberal dan gerakan Perhubungan Luar (Foreign Affairs) dipergunakan balik selepas Allah subhana-hu-wata’ala menggagalkan perancangan mereka untuk menguasai dunia dengan sepenuh-penuhnya. Manusia yang mengaku Islam yang dikuasainya adalah dari kalangan mereka yang ragu-ragu dengan kekuasaan Allah subhan-hu-wata’ala dan RisalahNya.

Firman Allah subhana-hu-wata’ala, maksudnya;
“Manusia tidak jemu memohon kebaikan, dan jika mereka ditimpa malapetaka dia menjadi putus asa lagi putus harapan. (49) Dan jika Kami merasakan kepadanya sesuatu rahmat dari Kami sesudah dia ditimpa kesusahan, pastilah dia berkata: "Ini adalah hakku [hasil dari kehebatanku], dan aku tidak yakin bahwa hari kiamat itu akan datang [dengan melupakan Tuhannya]. Dan jika aku dikembalikan kepada Tuhanku maka sesungguhnya aku akan memperoleh kebaikan pada sisi-Nya". Maka Kami benar-benar akan memberitakan kepada orang-orang kafir apa yang telah mereka kerjakan dan akan Kami rasakan kepada mereka azab yang keras. (50) Dan apabila Kami memberikan ni’mat kepada manusia, ia berpaling dan menjauhkan diri; tetapi apabila ia ditimpa malapetaka maka ia banyak berdo’a. (51) Katakanlah: "Bagaimana pendapatmu jika [Al Qur’an] itu datang dari sisi Allah, kemudian kamu mengingkarinya. Siapakah yang lebih sesat daripada orang yang selalu berada dalam penyimpangan yang jauh?" (52) Kami akan memperlihatkan kepada mereka tanda-tanda [kekuasaan] Kami di segenap ufuk dan pada diri mereka sendiri, sehingga jelaslah bagi mereka bahwa Al Qur’an itu adalah benar. Dan apakah Tuhanmu tidak cukup [bagi kamu] bahwa sesungguhnya Dia menyaksikan segala sesuatu? (53) Ingatlah bahwa sesungguhnya mereka adalah dalam keraguan tentang pertemuan dengan Tuhan mereka. Ingatlah, bahwa sesungguhnya Dia Maha Meliputi segala sesuatu. (54) (Surah Fussilat)

REPUBLIK PISANG AMERIKA SYARIKAT


BISMILLAHIR-RAHMANIR-RAHIM

Amerika Syarikat sedang melalui jalan yang sungguh tepat yang akan merubahkannya menjadi sebuah Republik Pisang. Tahniah buat Obama.



Dalam Surah Al-Mukminun, Allah subhanhu wata’ala menyatakan dengan haqq kebenaran tentang pringkat-peringkat yang haqq yang pasti akan dilalui oleh Golongan Kafir ini kerana kekufuran mereka. Dan, haqq kebenaran ini pasti berlaku !. Maka, amaran yang bagaimanakah lagi yang mahu kita tunggu. Mahu bersedap-sedap dalam kebodohan dan kedunguan lagikah ?, atau mahu berada dalam keraguan dan sangkaan yang memanjang ?. Sesungguhnya saat azab dan penentuan ke atas Golongan Kafir Akhir Zaman ini adalah di antara keterangan-keterangan yang begitu ditekankan oleh Allah subhanahu wata’ala melalui wahyuNya kepada RasuluLlah sallaLlahu ‘alaihi wasallam di dalam Al-Qur’an Al-Hakim yang haqq dan benar. Bahkan, RasuluLlah sallaLlahu ‘alaihi wassalam menyatakan bahawa tidak ada Nabi-Nabi ‘alaihimussalatu wassalam yang tidak mengingatkan kepada ummatnya tentang kemusnahan yang dibawa oleh Golongan Kafir Akhir Zaman ini.

Surah Al-Mukminun memberi peringatan yang amat spesifik terhadap Golongan Kafir Akhir Zaman ini tentang apa yang sedang dan akan melaluinya akibat berpalingnya mereka dari haqq kebenaran yang telah dinyatakan oleh Allah subhanahu wata’ala dan RasulNya Nabi Muhammad sallaLlahu ‘alaihi wassalam sebagaimana Firman Allah subhanahu wata’ala yang bermaksud;

“Sesungguhnya [agama tauhid] ini, adalah agama kamu semua, agama yang satu [Agama Islam] dan Aku adalah Tuhanmu, maka bertakwalah kepada-Ku. (52) Kemudian mereka [pengikut-pengikut rasul itu] menjadikan agama mereka terpecah belah menjadi beberapa pecahan [agama Kristian, Yahudi]. Tiap-tiap golongan merasa bangga dengan apa yang ada pada sisi mereka [masing-masing]. (53) Maka biarkanlah mereka dalam kesesatannya sampai suatu waktu. (54) Apakah mereka mengira bahwa harta dan anak-anak yang Kami berikan kepada mereka itu [berarti bahwa], (55) Kami bersegera memberikan kebaikan-kebaikan kepada mereka? Tidak, sebenarnya mereka tidak sadar. (56) Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang berhati-hati karena takut akan [azab] Tuhan mereka, (57) dan orang-orang yang beriman dengan ayat-ayat Tuhan mereka, (58) dan orang-orang yang tidak mempersekutukan dengan Tuhan mereka [sesuatu apa-pun], (59) dan orang-orang yang memberikan apa yang telah mereka berikan, dengan hati yang takut, [karena mereka tahu bahwa] sesungguhnya mereka akan kembali kepada Tuhan mereka, (60) mereka itu bersegera untuk mendapat kebaikan-kebaikan, dan merekalah orang-orang yang segera memperolehnya. (61) Kami tiada membebani seseorang melainkan menurut kesanggupannya, dan pada sisi Kami ada suatu kitab yang membicarakan kebenaran, dan mereka tidak dianiaya. (62) Tetapi hati orang-orang kafir itu dalam kesesatan dari [memahami kenyataan] ini, dan mereka banyak mengerjakan perbuatan-perbuatan [buruk] selain dari itu, mereka tetap mengerjakannya. (63) Hingga apabila Kami timpakan azab, kepada orang-orang yang hidup mewah di antara mereka, dengan serta merta mereka memekik minta tolong. (64) Janganlah kamu memekik minta tolong pada hari ini. Sesungguhnya kamu tiada akan mendapat pertolongan dari Kami. (65) Sesungguhnya ayat-ayat-Ku [Al Qur’an] selalu dibacakan kepada kamu sekalian, maka kamu selalu berpaling ke belakang, (66) dengan menyombongkan diri terhadap Al Qur’an itu dan mengucapkan perkataan-perkataan keji terhadapnya di waktu kamu bercakap-cakap di malam hari. (67) Maka apakah mereka tidak memperhatikan perkataan [Kami], atau apakah telah datang kepada mereka apa yang tidak pernah datang kepada nenek moyang mereka dahulu? (68) Ataukah mereka tidak mengenal rasul mereka, karena itu mereka memungkirinya? (69) Atau [apakah patut] mereka berkata: "Padanya [Muhammad] ada penyakit gila." Sebenarnya dia telah membawa kebenaran kepada mereka, dan kebanyakan mereka benci kepada kebenaran. (70) Andaikata kebenaran itu menuruti hawa nafsu mereka, pasti binasalah langit dan bumi ini, dan semua yang ada di dalamnya. Sebenarnya Kami telah mendatangkan kepada mereka kebanggaan mereka (Al-Qur’an Al-Hakim dan Nubuwwah] tetapi mereka berpaling dari kebanggaan itu. (71) Atau kamu meminta upah kepada mereka?, maka upah dari Tuhanmu adalah lebih baik, dan Dia adalah Pemberi rezki Yang Paling Baik. (72) Dan sesungguhnya kamu benar-benar menyeru mereka kepada jalan yang lurus. (73) Dan sesungguhnya orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada negeri akhirat benar-benar menyimpang dari jalan [yang lurus]. (74) Andaikata mereka Kami belas kasihani, dan Kami lenyapkan kemudharatan yang mereka alami [bencana kepada golongan mewah mereka], benar-benar mereka akan terus menerus terombang-ambing dalam keterlaluan mereka. (75) Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah pernah menimpakan azab kepada mereka [sebagaimana yang telah nenek-moyang dan sedang mereka alami], maka mereka tidak tunduk kepada Tuhan mereka [dengan menerima Al-Qur’an Al-Hakim dan Nubuwwah], dan [juga] tidak memohon [kepada-Nya] dengan merendahkan diri. (76) Hingga apabila Kami bukakan untuk mereka suatu pintu yang ada azab yang amat sangat [di waktu itulah] tiba-tiba mereka menjadi putus-asa. (77)

Golongan Kafir Akhir Zaman dari kalangan Yakjuj Makjuj Amerika dan Eropah serta Yahudi Zionis Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal yang ingkar dan benci kepada haqq kebenaran baru sahaja melalui satu dari peringkat yang telah dijanjikan oleh Allah subhanahu wata’ala kepada GOLONGAN-GOLONGAN-GOLONGAN YANG HIDUP MEWAH DI ANTARA MEREKA, sebagaimana Ayat 64, Surah Al-Mukminun. Mereka ini kini sedang menjerit-jerit dan memekik-mekik di sana-sini sebagaimana dirasuk supaya diberi pertolongan oleh sekutu-sekutu mereka walaupun sekutu-sekutu mereka juga teruk diberi azab oleh Allah subhanahu wata’ala. Tetapi, mereka masih sombong, degil dan tidak mahu tunduk kepada kepada haqq kebenaran sebagaimana yang dibawa oleh Agama Islam dengan menerima Al-Qur’an Al-Hakim dan Nabi Muhammad sallaLlahu ‘alaihi wassalam. Mereka masih mahu bergelumang di dalam agama-agama sesat aliran falsafah, sistem demokrasi liberal, konstitutionalisma, laissez-faire kapitalis, athiesma freemasonri dan lain-lainnya yang mereka cipta dengan ilmu sangkaan mereka.

Jalan yang lurus sudah terbentang luas kepada mereka, tetapi, mereka tetap mahu memilih jalan yang menyimpang yang mengakibatkan mereka terombang-ambing dalam kemelampauan mereka untuk mempertahankan kebatilan. Mereka masih ingin menyaingi Allah subhanahu wata’ala dengan memaksakan kemanusiaan agar terus tunduk kepada agama-agama ciptaan mereka dan menyembah sembahan mereka sebagaimana yang diperbuat oleh nenek-moyang mereka yang terdahulu.

Maka, adakah mereka menunggu zahir dan berlakunya janji-janji Allah subhanahu wata’ala keatas mereka yang telahpun memberi peringatan tentang AZAB YANG AMAT SANGAT di peringkat yang seterusnya sebagaimana Ayat 77, Surah Al-Mukminun?. Surah Al-Kahfi Ayat 8 juga menyatakan bahawa Allah subhanahu wata’ala benar-benar akan menjadikan pula apa yang di atas bumi yang diduduki oleh Golongan Kafir itu MENJADI TANAH RATA LAGI TANDUS.

Firman Allah subhanahu wata’ala, maksudnya;
“Dan Allah telah membuat suatu perumpamaan [dengan] sebuah negeri yang dahulunya aman lagi tenteram, rezkinya datang kepadanya melimpah ruah dari segenap tempat, tetapi [penduduk]nya mengingkari ni’mat-ni’mat Allah; karena itu Allah merasakan kepada mereka pakaian [yang menyelubungi mereka dengan] kelaparan dan ketakutan, disebabkan apa yang selalu mereka perbuat. (112) Dan sesungguhnya telah datang kepada mereka seorang rasul dari mereka sendiri tetapi mereka mendustakannya; karena itu mereka dimusnahkan azab dan mereka adalah orang-orang yang zalim. (113) Maka makanlah yang halal lagi baik dari rezki yang telah diberikan Allah kepadamu; dan syukurilah ni’mat Allah jika kamu hanya kepada-Nya saja menyembah. (114) Sesungguhnya Allah hanya mengharamkan atasmu [memakan] bangkai, darah, daging babi dan apa yang disembelih dengan menyebut nama selain Allah; tetapi barangsiapa yang terpaksa memakannya dengan tidak menganiaya dan tidak pula melampaui batas, maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (115) Dan janganlah kamu mengatakan terhadap apa yang disebut-sebut oleh lidahmu secara dusta "Ini halal dan ini haram" [dengan mengingkari Agama dan SyariatNya], untuk mengada-adakan kebohongan terhadap Allah. Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang mengada-adakan kebohongan terhadap Allah tiadalah beruntung. (116) [Itu adalah] kesenangan yang sedikit; dan bagi mereka azab yang pedih. (117) Dan terhadap orang-orang Yahudi, Kami haramkan apa yang telah Kami ceritakan dahulu kepadamu; dan Kami tiada menganiaya mereka, akan tetapi merekalah yang menganiaya diri mereka sendiri. (118) Kemudian, sesungguhnya Tuhanmu [mengampuni] bagi orang-orang yang mengerjakan kesalahan karena kebodohannya, kemudian mereka bertaubat sesudah itu dan memperbaiki [dirinya]; sesungguhnya Tuhanmu sesudah itu benar-benar Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.
